Your communications staff, your accountant, and your IT person all may need to have access to your CauseVox campaign for setup and operations.<\/p>\n<p>In the past, you would have to share your CauseVox Admin account login details with the people across your team. Teams can change too if you have multiple CauseVox campaigns, so it&#8217;s hard to keep track of who has access to your CauseVox account.\u00a0Well, not anymore!<\/p>\n<p>We just released a feature that allows you to invite Admin Team Members to be able to modify your campaign site. These Admin Team Members will be able to access the admin side of your CauseVox campaign site and make modifications.<\/p>\n<h2>Using Admin Team Member Access Levels<\/h2>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how you invite Admin Team Members to your CauseVox campaign site.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Login to your <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.causevox.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CauseVox Admin Interface<\/a>\u00a0and click on Account Settings<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5401\" src=\"https:\/\/causevox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1-Admin-Home.jpg\" alt=\"CauseVox Admin Home\" width=\"645\" height=\"317\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>2. Click on &#8220;Team Members&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5402\" src=\"https:\/\/causevox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2-Team-Members.jpg\" alt=\"Team Member Home\" width=\"645\" height=\"298\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>3. Invite a Team Member<\/h3>\n<p>Put in the Team Member&#8217;s first name, last name, and email address. They will be sent an email from CauseVox about getting access to the campaign site.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5403\" src=\"https:\/\/causevox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/3-Add-Step-1.jpg\" alt=\"Add Team Member\" width=\"645\" height=\"286\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There will be a pending message next to the Team Member if they have not accepted your invitation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5404\" src=\"https:\/\/causevox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/4-Add-Step-2.jpg\" alt=\"Team Member Added\" width=\"645\" height=\"326\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>4. Grant access to specific CauseVox campaign sites<\/h3>\n<p>Click on the pencil icon to pull up a listing of your CauseVox campaign sites that you can grant access.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5405\" src=\"https:\/\/causevox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/5-Add-Step-3.jpg\" alt=\"Edit Permissions\" width=\"645\" height=\"328\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Toggle the on\/off switch in order to grant access. Team Members can only see the specific campaign sites that you give them access to.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5406\" src=\"https:\/\/causevox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/6-Add-Step-4.jpg\" alt=\"Campaign Admin Access\" width=\"645\" height=\"356\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s it.
