Thanks for your comment! If it is true that the ladies of the house control the donation dollars, I think they would like to see their husbands, brothers, friends be involved. That is just my opinion though! Sometimes we have to step out of our comfort zone (ie: bakes sales and silent auctions) in order to discover if we are capable of something greater! With that being said, not every organization has wiggle room for a gamble.

But what if you’ve presented a similar idea to your non-profit organization (a large organization if I do say so) and they’ve called the idea stupid and only relating to half the population??
Sometimes I think my organization would only like to stick to bake sales and silent auctions.
Frustrating.
