Tribute Dedication gives donors an easy way to dedicate their gift on the first page of the donation form. It’s listed conveniently underneath the customizable donation tiers.

Tribute Dedication allows donors to make their gift “in honor of” or “in memory of” someone.

Donors can also choose to send a personal email to notify the honoree or family to let them know about the donation, which can be a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.

Easy for admin

Within the CauseVox Admin Interface, toggle on Tributes from the list of available custom fields to add the option to your donation form.

Tribute Dedication details, including tribute type and honoree name, will be tracked in your donation data and included in the automated donation receipt.

Customizable Ticket Forms

Flexible branding and hosting

The CauseVox eventing ticketing form is an easy-to-use, integrated event ticket form. You can have it hosted right on your CauseVox campaign site and/or embedded directly onto your organization’s website.

Next, you can customize the form’s…

• Title and subtitle
• Ticket tiers and descriptions
• Button and accent colors
• Font type (serif or sans serif)
• Custom fields

After just a few edits, you’ll soon have an event ticketing form completely branded to your organization.

Custom Fields

CauseVox also provides a way for you to collect additional information from attendees through custom fields. These custom fields allow you to ask attendees any number of custom questions (t-shirt size, telephone number, etc) during registration.

You can have custom fields for each ticket tier or for the whole ticket order. For instance, if you’re hosting a gala with multiple registration levels, you might have one tier for sponsors and another tier for general admission. Once the custom fields are added, you can collect sponsor names for the sponsor tier without asking the question for general admission tickets.

Custom Receipts

Event ticketing receipts can be customized as well. Let’s say your event has multiple event locations and each location has its own address and event time. You’re looking to attach this event information to the ticketing receipt and have it sent out to the relevant attendees.

With our new custom receipts, you can specify unique information for each ticket tier, which will be added to the event ticket email receipt. These descriptions are added to the bottom of the automated receipts according to the ticket tier(s) purchased.

Attendee Management

Another important aspect to event fundraising is attendee management. You can manage participant information in real-time using CauseVox upgraded event management and reporting tools.

With the new reporting tools, you can pull up a registration list in real-time on the day-of to speed up registration. Just search participants by keyword to mark them as “Redeemed,” “Unredeemed,” and “Voided”.

Instead of manually updating donation amounts through back and forth emails, you can easily keep recurring donations up-to-date with zero administrative work by allowing donors to update their recurring donation themselves.

Through the Member Portal, recurring and pledge donors can quickly:

• View their giving history and manage account details.
• Manage recurring donations: change donation amounts, payment details, or suspend a donation.
• Manage pledges: update payment details, or cancel the pledge.
• Update donation display information or make gifts anonymous.
• Update postal information.

How to access the portal

Your donors can use a secure portal link to login and update credit card or other payment details.

After processing their first recurring donation or pledge installment payment, the donor receives an automated donation receipt with a secure portal link.

They can use the link to sign up for the Member Portal, verify their email address, and login.

Donors will automatically be sent the secure portal link prompting them to update their payment information on file after every:

• Initial donation processed.
• Consecutive donation processed.
• Failed credit card/payment.

As admin, you can also re-send the secure portal link manually if needed.

Available payment options

Recurring and pledge donors can process their gifts by selecting one of our flexible payments:

• Credit card/debit card
• ACH bank transfer (available for US bank accounts only)
• Apple/Google Pay

How to update details

After logging in, your donors can select the type of donations they’d like to view or modify.

They can select the donation profile and update payment if needed.

Maybe your monthly recurring donor would like to increase or decrease their monthly donation amount. They can change it to any custom amount through their portal. (Changing donation amount is not currently available with pledge installment payments.)

Donors can suspend a monthly recurring gift or cancel a pledge.

Additionally, donors can change the donation display name, make the gift anonymous to the public, or add or edit postal information.
